The Daystar never wavers in its course, and never falters. So too must the Lawgivers be. The Solar now considers strenuous athletic activity (like climbing a mountain or running a race) as if it were only a leisurely stroll for purposes of mote regeneration and fatigue, and reduces Fatigue penalties by (Essence) at all times.

Additionally, the Exalt may activate Scene-length non-Excellency Athletics Charms as Indefinite-duration Charms for a surcharge of 1m, 1wp (the mote is committed; the willpower is not). Charms with the Stackable keyword instead add a surcharge of 1m per activation, and require the Exalt to spend 1wp per (Essence/2) activations of the Charm. At least one willpower must be spent for each separate Charm.

Finally, whenever the Exalt stunts an Athletics action, he discounts the cost of any instant-duration Athletics Charms enhancing the stunted action by the stunt rating, excellencies included. This Charm can reduce the cost of dice bought over her normal dice cap with Athletics Essence Flow, but may not be spent on Athletics Excellencies being applied to non-Athletics actions (such as the cross-application enabled by Perfected Maneuvering Tactics).
